I can't open the .zip file containing the video!
Microsoft Windows since Millennium Edition supports extracting zip files natively without any additional third party software. Simply double click on the file to begin an extraction wizard. Mac OSX works the same way. Simply double-click the .zip file.

I can't play the Hula Training Video!
Videos can be played using QuickTime 7 Player. This is a FREE plug-in for your browser or computer and is available for download here.
When I open it with QuickTime player, I have sound but no picture... the screen is green!
You probably need to disable DirectDraw Acceleration. Open QuickTime player and go to: Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences.
Then go to the "advanced" Tab and under the Video section, un-check the box that is marked "Enable DirectDraw Acceleration"
Now that I downloaded a Hula Teaching Video . Can I share it with others?
No. Each video is licensed to only one person. You may install the video on more than one computer, or mobile device, or burn the video to a disc to view on DVD.
I experienced an error message on the website after I downloaded a video and don't know if the purchase was successful.
